About REN

RUETian Entrepreneur Network is a professional business forum created primarily for RUET graduates involved in entrepreneurship, business ownership, investment, management, and commercial leadership.

REN may also admit verified non-RUETian individuals who are legitimate business partners, co-owners, directors, or shareholders in businesses connected with eligible RUET graduates.

REN facilitates networking, referrals, partnerships, business opportunities, events, knowledge sharing, and member collaboration.

Membership Applications

Non-RUETian applicants may be required to provide evidence of a legitimate business relationship with a RUETian member or eligible RUET graduate.

Trade license

Business relationship with a RUETian partner

REN may request additional documentation where necessary.

Accuracy of Information

Applicants and members must provide accurate and complete information.

False, misleading, fraudulent, or intentionally incomplete information may result in:

Rejection
Suspension
Removal from the directory
Membership termination

Member Conduct

Members must maintain professional, respectful, and ethical behaviour.

Members must not:

Misrepresent themselves or their businesses
Provide false business information
Harass other members
Send inappropriate unsolicited messages
Misuse member contact information
Share confidential information without permission
Engage in fraudulent activity
Use REN for illegal purposes
Damage the reputation or integrity of REN

Business Relationships

REN facilitates business connections but does not guarantee:

The quality of a member
Business performance
Investment returns
Product or service quality
Payment performance
Partnership success
Commercial outcomes

Members are responsible for carrying out their own due diligence before entering into any transaction or agreement.

Business Opportunities

Opportunities shared through REN may include:

REN does not act as a guarantor, broker, investment adviser, or party to member-to-member transactions unless specifically stated.

The Member Directory and Business Directory are provided for legitimate networking and business purposes.

Members must not:

Resell contact data
Create unauthorized mailing lists
Use the directory for spam
Distribute member information without permission
